REFUND POLICY

GamingSupplied does not credit original shipping charges or Sale Returns. GamingSupplied provides store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s)

RETURN POLICY

Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

    1. The product was purchased within the last 14 days.
    2. The product is unopened, in its original packaging. 
    3. We can only accept returns for damaged items. We cannot honor returns on all orders that don't meet the requirements.
    4. All items are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges. 
    5. You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from GamingSupplied. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. 

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility. 

If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

Invalid Reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at GamingSupplied. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
